Every January since 2006, Haiti ARISE has been holding annual conferences for Pastors and Leaders, sponsored by Minister's Fellowship International and many North American church who send guest ministers. These conferences are open to all Christian pastors and leaders from any denominational background, providing them a place to receive solid, doctrinal teaching, ministry and prayer. Pastors go home with valuable notes and resources from these conferences and look forward to coming every year. It is our goal and desire to see the local Haitian pastors be equipped with the skills and resources they need to lead their churches well. Most Haitian ministers lack formal training, thus they eagerly desire the fellowship and teaching they receive.

The conferences are usually held for 3-4 days. All the visiting participants are housed and served 3 meals a day that are prepared by our local church members and the whole conference is organized and staffed by all volunteer committees from Haiti ARISE's local church, Legliz Mahanaim. Guest ministers speak on topics such as Biblical Worship, Present Day Truths, Five-Fold Ministry, Church Administration, Gifts of the Spirit etc, depending on the theme and focus of the present annual conference. We've had the privilege of taking the pastors conference to other areas of Haiti as well, such as DuFour & Cap Haitian.
